Ticket Number Configuration

General Settings

To configure ticket number settings, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Click on Ticket Manager > Settings.
3. Go to the General tab.

Ticket Number Settings

Customize how ticket numbers are generated. These settings allow you to define the ticket format for better tracking.

Number Type:

• Sequential – Generates ticket numbers in a sequential order.
• Random – Generates ticket numbers in a random order.

Number Prefix:

• Default: EVNT-
• This prefix is added at the beginning of each ticket number.

Number Suffix:

Define a custom suffix to be added at the end of ticket numbers.

Number Length:

• Default: 6
• Determines the total length of the ticket number.

Display Options

Customize how ticket-related buttons appear on the shop and product pages.

Shop Page Add to Cart Text:

• Default: "Ticket Details"
• Defines the text displayed on the Add to Cart button for tickets in the shop.

Product Page Add to Cart Text:

• Default: "Buy Ticket Now"
• Defines the text displayed on the Add to Cart button on the product page.
