Exporting Ticket Data (Pro Feature)

The Export feature in the Pro Version allows you to download ticket data in CSV format for easy reporting and management.

Accessing the Export Page

  • Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on Ticket Manager > Tools.
  • Locate the Export CSV section.

Exporting Tickets to CSV

The export tool enables you to download ticket details in a structured format. You can filter the export by product, status, and fields to include.

Filtering Options

Product Selection:

Choose All or Specific Product to export tickets for all products or select a specific product.

Status Selection:

Choose All or Published, Pending to export tickets of all statuses or select a specific status.

Selecting Fields for Export

You can choose which data fields to include in the exported CSV file. Available fields:

  • Ticket Number – Unique identifier for each ticket.
  • Product ID – ID of the product associated with the ticket.
  • Product Title – Name of the product linked to the ticket.
  • Order ID – Order number related to the ticket purchase.
  • Customer ID – Unique identifier for the customer.
  • Customer Name – Full name of the ticket holder.
  • Customer Email – Email address of the ticket holder.
  • Customer Phone – Contact number of the ticket holder.
  • Checked In – Status indicating whether the ticket has been checked in.
  • Status – Current ticket status (e.g., pending, published).

How to Export Tickets

  1. Go to Ticket Manager > Tools > Export CSV.
  2. Select the Product and Status filters (or choose All).
  3. Choose the fields you want to include in the export.
  4. Click the Export CSV button.
  5. The CSV file containing the selected ticket data will be downloaded to your device.
