Yes, but only if you enable a notification for the “Failed Order” status.

How It Works:
Go to Notification Tab:

Navigate to WooCommerce > WA Notification > Notification Tab.

Add or Edit a Notification:

  • Click “Add Another” or edit an existing rule.
  • Set the Action to “Failed Order.”

Customize the Template:

Use a specific template to notify customers of failed payments or issues.

Recommended dynamic tags:

  • {customer_name}
  • {order_id}
  • {order_status}
  • {order_total}

Save & Test:

Enable the notification and test with a failed payment order.

When It’s Useful:
Alerting customers about failed payments can help recover abandoned or failed orders.

Use it alongside custom retry or support instructions in the message.
