Export your serial keys, along with related data, to a CSV file. The export feature is available in the premium version of WC Serial Numbers and lets you filter keys by product, status, and date range before downloading.
Where to Find This Setting
Go to Serial Numbers → Tools → Export from your WordPress admin menu.
Export Options
Configure the following options to filter the keys you want to export before downloading the CSV file.
- Product: Select the product from the dropdown to export keys for a specific product only.
- Status: Filter keys by their current status. For example, select Sold to export only sold keys, or select All Statuses to export keys regardless of their status.
- Order Date: Filter sold keys by a specific date range. Leave this blank to export all time data.
- Fields: Select the data fields you want to include in the exported CSV file.
Once your filters are configured, click Export. The CSV file will be downloaded to your local machine.
