Ticket Number Configuration Issues

Problem: Ticket numbers not following the set format

Symptoms: Generated ticket numbers don’t match prefix/suffix settings.

Solution:

  • Check Ticket Manager > Settings > General tab.
  • Verify that the Number Prefix and Suffix fields are saved correctly.
  • If using product-specific settings, ensure “Customize” is selected in Ticket Options.
  • Test with a new order to confirm changes take effect.
  • Clear any caching that might store old settings.
