Problem: Ticket numbers not following the set format
Symptoms: Generated ticket numbers don’t match prefix/suffix settings.
Solution:
- Check Ticket Manager > Settings > General tab.
- Verify that the Number Prefix and Suffix fields are saved correctly.
- If using product-specific settings, ensure “Customize” is selected in Ticket Options.
- Test with a new order to confirm changes take effect.
- Clear any caching that might store old settings.
