Problem: “Sell Ticket” option not appearing in Product Data
Symptoms: The checkbox to enable ticket selling is missing from the product edit page.
Solution:
- Ensure WC Ticket Manager plugin is activated.
- Check that WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Verify your WordPress and WooCommerce versions meet minimum requirements (WordPress 5.8+, WooCommerce 5.0+).
- Clear any caching plugins and refresh the page.
- If using a custom theme, switch temporarily to a default theme (e.g. storefront) to test.
