Attach Files to WooCommerce Emails

Add PDFs, images, or documents to specific WooCommerce email templates. Perfect for including invoices, product manuals, warranty information, or promotional materials.

Before You Start

Make sure you’ve enabled the Email Attachment Manager in the plugin settings.

Select an Email Template

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and choose which email template should include attachments.

Common email types:

  • New Order – Sent to store admins when orders are placed
  • Order Completed – Sent to customers when orders are fulfilled
  • Order Processing – Sent when payment is received
  • Customer Invoice – Sent with invoice details
  • Order Refunded – Sent when refunds are processed

Upload Attachments

Choose your desired email template and click the Manage button next to it. Scroll down to find the Email Attachment(s) section, and then upload the files you want to include.

Supported file types: PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), documents (DOC, DOCX), and other common formats.

Save Changes

Click Save Changes to apply attachments to the selected email template.
