How to Configure General Tipping Settings

Accessing General Settings

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Go to WooCommerce → Checkout Tipping → General.

Enable Tipping on Cart Page

Tick this option to display tipping options directly on the cart page. This allows customers to leave a tip before proceeding to checkout.

Position on Cart Page

Choose where the tipping interface should appear on the cart page:

  • Before Cart
  • After Cart
  • After Coupon
  • Before Total

Enable Tipping on Checkout Page

Enable this option to allow tipping during checkout. Tipping options will be displayed in your selected location on the checkout page.

Position on Checkout Page

Select the position where tipping options should appear:

  • After Customer Details
  • Before Checkout Form
  • Before Order Notes
  • After Checkout Form
  • Before Order Review

“No, Thanks!” Button Position

This setting determines the placement of the “No, Thanks!” button:

  • First
  • Last
  • Before ‘Other’ Button

Tip Removal on Click

Enable this option to allow customers to deselect a tip by clicking on the same tip button again.

Customize Button Style and Colors

Button Style

Choose the appearance of the tip buttons:

  • Rounded
  • Square

Active & Hover Button Color

Select the color for the tip button when it is hovered or selected (e.g., #7b7bf8).

Button Text Color

Choose the text color used inside tip buttons (e.g., #ffffff).
