How Admins Review, Approve, or Reject Users

Access the Approval Dashboard

  1. Navigate to:
    Users > Registration Approval (You may also find it under the WooCommerce submenu)
  2. Pending Requests Tab
    • All users pending approval are listed here.
    • You’ll see their name, email, registration date, and any submitted form data (Billing, Shipping, etc.)
  3. Actions Available:
    • Approve: Approves the user and triggers the “Approved” email notification.
    • Reject: Marks the user as rejected and sends the rejection message.
    • View Details: Opens a modal or new page with all submitted information.
  4. Bulk Approvals (Optional):
    • You can bulk approve or reject users from the checkbox list.
  5. Search and Filter:
    • Filter users by role or search by name/email to quickly locate requests.

Email Notifications

Upon approval or rejection, users will receive email notices based on the templates you’ve configured in the Email Settings tab.
