If users enter a password but the store still appears locked, try the following:
- Double-check that the password is correctly typed and not expired.
- Clear the site’s and browser’s cache. Cached pages might not reflect updated access.
- If using a caching plugin (like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache), exclude the WooCommerce pages from being cached.
- Ensure session cookies are not being blocked. If cookies are disabled in the browser, the plugin may fail to remember the user’s authentication.
