WooCommerce Serial Numbers – Not applying to Order

I have installed WooCommerce Serial Numbers and added serial numbers to the products. When entering test orders I do not see how to apply the serial numbers to the order. Please advise how the serial numbers are applied? I have the settings set to apply to order in progress.

Hi @Jason,
Thank you for contacting us. If you have available serial numbers for the product then it will automatically assign to that order.
But it depends on the settings how you set to assign serial numbers depending on the order status. By default when you make any test order the order status become ‘on hold’ so change the order status to completed then you should see a serial number on order details page/email.
