After configuring how variations are displayed as individual products, you can fine-tune where and how those variations appear across your store.
Navigate to Advanced Settings
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Single Variation Settings.
All options in this section apply globally unless they are overridden at the individual variation level within a variable product.
Hide Parent Product
Enable this option to hide the main variable product from the shop page. Only individual variations will be shown as standalone products.
This is useful when you want customers to browse and purchase specific variations directly.
Show in Search Result
Enable this to show single variations in WooCommerce search results.
This helps customers find exact product options through search.
Show in Filtered Result
Enable this option to include variations in filtered results, such as price filters, attributes, or layered navigation.
This ensures variations remain visible when customers refine their browsing.
Show in Catalog
Allow variations to appear in catalog views, including shop and category pages.
Disable this option if you only want variations to appear in specific areas, like search or filtered results.
Enable Add to Cart
Enable this option to display the Add to Cart button directly on variation listings. If disabled, customers will see a Select Options button instead.
This setting controls how direct the purchase flow should be.
Save Changes
Click Save Changes after completing your configuration. Your settings will take effect immediately across the store.
