Coupon Display

After setting up your review reward and access control options, the next step is to decide how customers will view their earned coupons.

The Coupon Display settings determine how the “My Coupons” tab appears in the customer’s account area, helping users easily access and manage their reward codes.

Access the Settings

Go to WooCommerce → Review for Discount in your WordPress dashboard and open the General Settings tab.

Configure Display Options

You can personalize both the label and position of the coupon tab to match your store’s design and navigation flow.

  • Coupon Menu Title: This field allows you to rename the tab that appears in the customer’s My Account area. The default label is “My Coupons,” but you can change it to Reward Coupons” or “Discounts Earned” for clarity and branding.
  • Display Tabs After: Choose where the coupon tab should appear in the account menu. For instance, selecting Orders places it immediately after the Orders section, making it easy for customers to find their discount codes right after viewing their past purchases.

When configured, the My Coupons tab will appear in the account navigation and list all earned discount codes, including their details and validity.

Save and Verify

Click Save Changes after updating the settings. Then visit a test customer account to confirm that the tab appears correctly and displays coupons as intended.

Next Step

Once the coupon display and account integration are configured, proceed to define how coupons are generated and customized. Continue with the Coupon Generation Rules and Discount Configuration documentation to complete your reward setup.
