How to Configure Advanced Settings

The Advanced Settings section gives you powerful control over when and for whom the file upload field should appear. This flexibility ensures that your upload options are shown only when relevant, helping you streamline your checkout process and improve the user experience.

To configure these settings, go to WordPress Dashboard → WooCommerce → Checkout Files

Then scroll down to the Advanced Settings.

Allow By Product

Choose which products should have the file upload and note fields visible.

Allow By Category

Displays the upload field on all products that belong to your selected categories.

Allow By Tag

Select the product tags for which you want to display the file upload and note fields.

Allow By Shipping Method

Shows or hides the uploader based on which shipping method the customer selects at checkout.

Allow By Payment Method

Controls whether the upload field appears based on the selected payment gateway.

Allow By User Role

Choose which user roles should see the file upload and note fields.
