Our policy ensures a hassle-free, full refund within 30 days from your date of purchase, as outlined in our terms.
Before submitting a refund request, you must contact us about the plugin’s problems. If we cannot address the problem in 72 hours, you will receive a refund. We can’t give you a refund unless you tell us about your problem and explain it to us in detail.
All refunds are processed in US Dollars. PluginEver is not responsible for exchange rate variations.
Our billing team usually processes the refund in 3–5 working/business days, but it can take 7–15 days for your bank to transfer the money to our account. If it takes longer than this, please contact us via our website or submit a ticket.

- You change your mind.

- There is an issue with third-party plugins or scripts.

- Your server has a limitation on using our product.
- The issue you mentioned is not correct.
- You did not contact the support team for help.
- You are unable to show proof or screenshots of broken parts or missing features.
- Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals (subscriptions automatically renewed are not eligible for refunds).
- Refunds do not apply when migrating from another plugin.
- No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same plugin once before.
