If your PPP discounts are not appearing at checkout, it could be due to several reasons related to plugin configuration, coupon generation, or conflicts with other plugins.
Common causes to check:
- Plugin Not Enabled: Ensure PPP is enabled from the plugin settings.
- Country Not Configured: The customer’s country must be listed in your country-based discount settings.
- Coupons Not Generated: If you haven’t clicked the “Regenerate Country Coupons” button after adding or editing a country rule, no coupon exists to be applied.
- Coupon Conflicts: If your store already has a coupon applied manually or another plugin is modifying coupons, the PPP coupon may not be auto-applied.
- Incorrect Country Detection: If the customer is using a VPN or the geolocation is blocked, their country may not be detected properly.
- Caching Issues: In some cases, page or cart caching (by a plugin or CDN) may interfere with real-time coupon application.
To resolve this, go to WooCommerce > PPP Settings, verify your country discount list, and regenerate the coupons. Also, ensure that WooCommerce’s geolocation feature is enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > General > Default customer location.
