Yes, the WC Product Meta plugin works with all WooCommerce product types, including:
- Simple Products
- Variable Products (products with color, size, etc.)
- Grouped Products (collections of related items sold together)
- Downloadable or Virtual Products
The hiding rules apply to the main product page, so even if your product has multiple variations or is part of a group, the SKU, category, and tag metadata will be hidden according to your plugin settings.
Note: The plugin hides the main product SKU and meta. It does not affect how SKUs for individual variations are shown inside dropdowns or swatches unless those are rendered using a theme or plugin that outputs them separately.
If you notice meta still showing for certain product types, check whether the theme or builder is using a custom method to display variation data.
