Plugin Settings

Navigate to WooCommerce > WA Notification access all plugin settings.

General Tab

General Settings

Enable WhatsApp Delivery: Toggle this to start sending WhatsApp notifications.

WhatsApp API Settings

You must have a valid WhatsApp Business API setup to use this feature.

Notification Tab

Create, manage, and customize when and what notifications are sent.

Add/Edit Notification

  • Enable: Toggle to activate this specific notification.
  • Action: Choose an event that triggers the notification:
  • New Order
  • Completed Order
  • Pending Payment
  • Processing Order
  • Refund Order
  • Cancelled Order
  • Hold Order
  • Failed Order
  • Draft Order
  • Template Name: Use the template synced from your WhatsApp Business account.

Header Parameters

Dynamically define fields in your template header.

Sync Templates button helps fetch updated templates from your WhatsApp provider.

Body Parameters

Specify body content for message personalization.

Combine multiple fields to construct highly personalized messages.

Advanced Settings

  • Delete plugin data: When checked, all plugin data will be deleted upon uninstall.
