DeepL is a premium translation option. To have DeepL API access you need to have a DeepL Pro Subscription also known as the DeepL API Plan. Follow this link to subscribe to the DeepL API plan.
Note: Make sure you select your desired language.
Click on subscribe after selecting a plan and follow the registration process.
You will find the DeepL API in your account section.
