The import and export feature is truly great for your productivity but to use it first you must know the right format for the importer. The best way to get an idea about the import format is to export your existing serial numbers. This will give you all the fields and also the right order of the fields. Remove the existing serials and insert your new one there. Finally, import them to add them in your serial numbers pool. You can also follow the image below to create your own CSV. Ignore the serial_image field as it is just a placeholder for now.
Importing Serial Numbers:
Now that you know the format, lets walk you through with the rest of the steps associated with importing serial numbers. First of all, click on the import button from the following interface.
Once you click on the “Import” button and you will find available options to import files. You will find options to import files in two different formats- CSV and .txt formats.
Importing Serial Numbers in CSV format:
To import serial keys in CSV format, get the exact CSV format previously mentioned in the beginning. Now click on “Choose file” to upload your Serial keys and then click on “Upload file and import”.
Finally, hit “Upload file and import”. You will be directed to the confirmation page below:

Importing Serial Numbers in .txt format:
We have recently implemented .txt file format to import serial keys. This format is only used for importing purpose. To know the exact .txt file format, simply download the sample file given in the Import section.
The sample file will look like the following image. Just upload your serial numbers for your desired product and set activation limit, validity and Expiry date according to your need.
Exporting Serial Numbers
For exporting serial keys, click on the export button from the meta section which will direct you to the following page.
Previously, the exporter exported all serial numbers at once click. There was no option to select and export the selected serials keys.We have upgraded export functionalities to facilitate your clients so that exporting serial numbers can be selective. Now you can easily filter out the products you want to export. From the product field, you can choose your product and export easily.
Not only products; you can even separate products in terms of availability, sold, refunded, expired etc.
You can also export your ordered product simply putting order ID in the “Order ID” field.
You can turn off certain fields from the “Fields” section and can only export your required fields.
